1.Return Policy
You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returns are at the buyer's expense, except in cases of proven defects or faults.
2.Exchange
Exchanges are only possible for defective or faulty items.
Please contact us immediately after receiving the defective item to arrange the exchange.
Unfortunately, exchanges for other reasons are not possible.
3.Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be processed within 14 days, provided the return conditions are met. Please contact our customer service before making a return or exchange. Returns without prior agreement cannot be accepted.
